Kemp, the
Principal of the organisation, has had over 30 years
experience in the hospitality industry. At all times he has had a

commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.

specialises

needs of the client. He can then offer the most suitable advice as to

needs. Maurice's culinary background and industry experience
provides him
with a wealth of knowledge to pass on to his clients. Maurice
is a Fellow of the Catering
Institute of Australia, an accredited judge for National Salons
Culinaire and is a Certified Food Service Professional. Maurice
captained the Australian Culinary Arts team to Vancouver in 1989.
He has been awarded many medals, for competing in National and
International Salons Culinaire, and Hot Kitchen Cooking competitions.
