We are an innovative team of professionals with trade backgrounds able to provide comprehensive service in the provision of quality equipment and systems for your establishment.

We are a Sydney based company with a new branch in Victoria.  We supply equipment and services nationally.  We visit and support our dealer network throughout Australia and New Zealand on a regular basis.  Our team can advise consultants, customers, architects, etc., on their equipment
requirements.

Maurice Kemp, the Principal of the organisation, has had over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry.  At all times he has had a sincere commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.  Maurice specialises in assessing the specific production, and meal service needs of the client. He can then offer the most suitable advice as to equipment needs.  Maurice's culinary background and industry experience provides him with a wealth of knowledge to pass on to his clients. 

Maurice is a Fellow of the Catering Institute of Australia, an accredited judge for National Salons Culinaire and is a Certified Food Service Professional.  Maurice captained the Australian Culinary Arts team to Vancouver in 1989.  He has been awarded many medals, for competing in National and International Salons Culinaire, and Hot Kitchen Cooking competitions.
